1. For best performances, the Speed Deke Trainer should be placed on a flat surface.
2. The shafts can rotate within the base allowing countless layout patterns to customize your drill. Kits can also be expanded using additional Speed Deke Trainer and On-Ice Deke Trainer kits - You can connect up to four (4) shafts to a single base!
3. The Speed Deke Trainer shafts need to be assembled to the bases before use. To connect a shaft to a base, insert the shaft end into any connecting socket and push down.
4. To remove a shaft from a base, pull the release tab located under the base towards the center of the base and pull the shaft out of the socket.
5. The Speed Deke Trainer kits feature height-adjustable bases. The lower setting optimizes stick handling with pucks and the raised setting allows training with larger training aids/hockey balls.
6. To adjust the shaft height, push the two red buttons on the side of the base and pull up to raise or push down to lower the height setting.
7. If desired, the Speed Deke Trainer can be anchored in place when used on the ice by extending the spikes located in each bases using a phillips screwdriver.
